I don't have the extra cash to test any of this myself so I'm curious to hear what you guys have found. There are a lot of scenarios here that I'm curious to hear the result of. If you do living quarters and no command center, can you still access the vehicle missions to get the discount? What is the benefit of the living quarters? If you do the weapon workshop and personal vehicle storage, can you transport weaponized vehicles but just not upgrade them? Let's just say you do command center, living quarters and personal vehicle storage. Are your guns AND weaponized vehicles stuck as stock? And overall what about the poor guy who has his bunker but not the MOC? Is he unable to access any of the benefits of having the bays? Are those really unattainable without the MOC? Once you unlock all research upgrades you want on vehicles, put them on the vehicles, you can only customize the new vehicles inside the MOC vehicle bay. Once all the vehicles are fully modified the way you want them, renovate the MOC and change it to command center, weapons bay and personal vehicle and store a car in there. I put my APC in it. You can only upgrade AND buy AMMO for the new guns in the weapons bay, no ammunition and no interactive menu. Living quarters is a no go at all bc u can't spawn in the MOC anyway even with it.
